Boston law enforcement officials initiated an investigation after a deceased individual was discovered at a property in the city's Mattapan area on Saturday afternoon. Officers were dispatched to a residence situated at 25 Malta Street around 1:52 p.m. on Saturday.
Upon arrival, authorities confirmed the presence of a person who had died. The Boston Police Homicide Unit has taken charge of the inquiry into the fatality.
According to public property records, the address is registered under the ownership of Conan Harris, who is married to U.S. Representative Ayanna Pressley.
