Anticipation is mounting over the rumored wedding of pop icon Taylor Swift and NFL star Travis Kelce, prompting widespread discussion about who might comprise the singer's bridal party and the exclusive guest list. As an alleged wedding date draws nearer, media outlets are abuzz with potential details surrounding the high-profile event.
Antoni Porowski, a close friend of Swift and star of "Queer Eye," offered an ambiguous response when asked about his attendance at the purported ceremony. During an appearance on "Watch What Happens Live," Porowski reacted to Andy Cohen's query by asking, "They’re getting married?" He then added, "I should really send some flowers or some kind of a congratulations." Cohen interpreted the evasive reply as confirmation of Porowski's attendance.
Bridal Party and Guest List Insights
Numerous reports have surfaced identifying celebrities who may have received coveted invitations to the couple's special day, alongside those reportedly excluded. This has led fans to scrutinize Swift's current and past friendships, particularly concerning her bridal party.
According to an entertainment publication, Gigi Hadid and Selena Gomez are the only two individuals reportedly confirmed to be part of Swift's bridal party.
Another entertainment outlet indicated that Zoë Kravitz, Ed Sheeran, the Haim sisters, Suki Waterhouse, along with Hadid and Gomez, have already received invitations and are expected to attend the wedding, which is reportedly scheduled for July 3 at Madison Square Garden.
Conversely, the same outlet reported that Miles Teller and his wife, Keleigh Sperry, were not invited due to a reported falling out with Swift. Similarly, model Karlie Kloss, a former close friend of Swift, also reportedly did not receive an invitation.
Actress Blake Lively is also considered unlikely to attend the Swift-Kelce wedding, following a notable legal dispute involving Justin Baldoni in which Swift was reportedly drawn into the drama. The two have not been observed publicly together since.
Clues Point to Madison Square Garden Festivities
The timeline surrounding Swift and Kelce's potential wedding gained further clarity recently following reports from a major newspaper. The publication detailed a permit application filed to close streets surrounding Madison Square Garden from July 2 to July 4. Additionally, Kelce's Kansas City Chiefs teammates reportedly made hotel reservations at the Marriott Marquis in Times Square around July 3. A prominent event planning company, Winick Productions, also purportedly filed a permit with New York City's Street Activity Permit Office to erect a tent or canopy outside MSG.
A city official confirmed to the publication that Madison Square Garden is prepared to host wedding festivities on July 3. Furthermore, Amtrak Police officers were reportedly informed about the expected Swift-Kelce wedding during the Fourth of July weekend.
Perhaps the most significant indication came from an entertainment industry executive who confirmed to the same newspaper that a multi-day event, rented by Swift, was scheduled to take over Madison Square Garden beginning July 2. The festivities are reportedly planned to commence with an intimate gathering of approximately 100 guests, followed by a much larger celebration for around 1,000 attendees on July 3.
Sources cited by the newspaper also suggested that the July 3 celebration might feature stage performances.
The Couple's Journey to Engagement
Swift and Kelce first sparked dating rumors in 2023 when the Kansas City Chiefs tight end publicly shared his unsuccessful attempt to give the pop superstar a friendship bracelet during her Eras Tour stop in Kansas City. Their relationship was later confirmed as Swift began regularly attending Chiefs games, cheering Kelce on from the stands.
Following two years of dating, the couple reportedly announced their engagement in August 2025.
Despite the intense public scrutiny and detailed reports, neither Swift nor Kelce has publicly commented on the latest wedding rumors.
